A metre of SLAT equals 100mm wide x 1000mm long x 16mm thick

Longest Length Slat Size: 100mm X 16mm x 4800mm long

How we Cut?
- We cut the slats with a drop saw.  We have a tolerance of +-5mm.  The ends also may not be perfectly square. 

- Why does our cutting not have to be laser finish to the exact?  All our slats are cut in the understanding you are going to slide it inside one of my locking channels (bought on other listings).  These f-channels or screw channels have a 20mm allowance inside each end. so the channels hold and hides each end cut.  So there is plenty of room inside our channels for a small +-5mm 

- Powdercoatimg requires a hole at the end of each piece for hanging, but it is not seen after you slide into channels

• Black and Grey are a matt/satin finish

90% of my customers wont buy these slats on their own.  They provide us the width and height for each panel and gate and we cut the panel to size. I only charge $25 per panel to cut, and then you have no waste and you also get a full kit with channels and brackets and hardware so very little thinking and working out to be done by you.

**We use backload trucks for most of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
