HOW TO GET FAST PRICES
Send us the details below and we can normally quote very quickly:
- Width and height of the vertical window screen
- Colour required for the slats and frame
- Preferred slat gap: 10mm, 16mm or 40mm
IMPORTANT MEASURING NOTE
The width you provide is the finished width of the window screen itself.
Please allow approximately 150mm extra overall width for the brackets to run from our screen back to your building wall.
This is DIY only. You must complete your own check measure because every building is different.
HEAVY DUTY ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION
Our vertical window screens are made using heavy duty 100mm high x 16mm thick aluminium slats with 2 reinforcing ribs inside.
The aluminium is powder coated for a long-lasting finish with no painting required.

UNIQUE INTERLOCKING SIDE CHANNEL SYSTEM
Our window screen side channels are a unique proprietary interlocking extrusion that securely locks and connects all slats tightly.
This creates a strong panel with a clean finish and no visible slat screws showing.
The outer frame uses 80x50mm box section around the screen, with side channels designed to accept the building brackets.

48 HOUR TURNAROUND
We cut orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Get your order in before the next cut day for the fastest turnaround.
BRACKETS & STAND-OFF ARMS
The stand-off posts come standard and the screen will sit approximately 500mm off the wall.
You can cut the arms shorter if you want the screen closer to your window.
- Brackets are male and slide inside the box tube
- Typically supplied with 4 mounting arms
- Screens over approximately 1500mm wide are normally supplied with 6 mounting arms
- Each extender arm normally comes with 2 DIY brackets
- We do not provide fixings or bolts into your building
SUPER EASY DIY
We do not install, measure or do site visits. We supply the product cut to your size as a DIY kit.
All you need at home is a Tek drill, basic tools and a bit of time.

- $100 payment is required for each custom screen order for pickup
- We cut every Tuesday and Thursday
- Protective sheets are left on the material for you to remove
