XPE is a non-porous product that doesn’t hold water, so it stays dry in all conditions.  The aluminum face allows reflection if faced to the sun or holds back heat and cold as it passes through the XPE.

The number of places to use this product are huge.  Whilst XPE is one of the most expensive insulation materials, it gives the greatest thermal protection.  This listing is for STICKY backed adhesive XPE.  We also sell rolls of XPE that DOES NOT have the self-adhesive material if you need that.

Sticky backed insulation doesn't have a miracle glue that will stick continuously on every surface or any temperate or any weight load. That sort of glue is just not in the marketplace.  However our sticky paper is adhered to 100% of the insulation giving full coverage.  It's intended to be used to stick to a wall or surface in normal operating temperatures of surfaces that are flat or low sheen. It adheres better when applied horizontally and on some extreme surfaces you may need to use extra fixings.
