Custom Made to Your Size

Our aluminium slat pool pump boxes are made to your exact outside dimensions and supplied as a cut-to-size DIY kit. They are designed to hide and protect pool pumps, filters, pipes, chemicals and outdoor equipment while giving your pool area a clean, modern and architectural finish.

Instead of looking at faded, noisy and exposed pool equipment beside your pool or deck, you can conceal it with a stylish powder coated aluminium enclosure made in one of our popular colours.

Door & Roof Options

• 2 to 6 front swing doors with magnetic pull locks
• 1 or 2 lift-up roofs with gas struts
• 1 or 2 side doors, side walls, or a combination of both
• Optional back wall available if required
• Concrete mounting feet or longer posts for in-ground installation

• Heavy-duty 100mm x 16mm aluminium slats with internal reinforcing ribs
• 50mm x 50mm posts and cross frames
• Powder coated aluminium finish
• DIY flat pack kit cut to your dimensions
• Hidden slat fixing system with no visible screws on the slats
• Door locks, hinges, channels and required assembly screws supplied
• Concrete feet bases supplied as standard

Colour Options

Frames and posts are available in popular powder coated colours including Gloss White, Satin Black, Dark Grey, Light Grey, Deep Ocean, Paperbark Cream and Merbau.

Internal slat colours include Satin Black, Gloss White, Paperbark Cream, Light Grey, Merbau, Deep Ocean and Dark Grey. Woodgrain slat colours may attract an additional cost.

Slat Gap Options

Choose from 0mm, 10mm, 16mm or 40mm gaps between the slats. Roof slats are normally supplied with 0mm gaps to make the roof more water resistant.

Please note these are slatted aluminium enclosures, so rain and water can still pass through depending on the gap size and weather direction.

Heat Pump Ventilation Option

If you have a heat pump that needs extra ventilation, this is easy to allow for. Because the enclosure is supplied flat packed, you can leave selected slats out during assembly to line up with the fan area and suit your heat pump manufacturer’s airflow requirements.

Pipe Cut-Outs

If pipes run above the ground and through the enclosure area, let us know. We can supply a free 1000mm piece of frame F-channel material so you can neatly edge the square cut-out you make onsite.

DIY Kit Only

All pool pump boxes are supplied as DIY flat pack kits. We do not provide home installation or site visits. You will need a Tek drill and some time to assemble and install the enclosure.

If you are picking up and you want us to pre-assemble the doors or roof sections, this is available at $100 per door or roof section.

Cutting Days

We cut orders every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders generally need to be confirmed at least 1 day prior to make the next cutting day.
