Custom Aluminium Gate Design
These custom swing gates feature strong 65mm vertical aluminium slats across the lower section and modern 38mm vertical battens across the top.
Choose from 0mm, 10mm, 16mm, 40mm or 80mm gaps between the lower vertical slats.
The top battens can be spaced approximately 45mm to 165mm apart. Our standard top-batten gap is approximately 100mm unless you request a different spacing.
Each gate is supplied cut to your measurements and flat-packed, ready for you to assemble and install.
Example Gate Price
This example is based on Gloss White, Satin Black or Monument Dark Grey, with 40mm gaps between the lower slats and approximately 100mm gaps between the top battens.
Final pricing is calculated using your exact gate size, selected spacing and required design.
Gate Construction
- Heavy-duty lower vertical slats made from 65mm × 16mm aluminium.
- Top vertical battens made from 38mm × 16mm aluminium.
- Top and bottom horizontal rails measure approximately 80mm × 50mm.
- The 80mm × 50mm rails are formed using a combination of a 50mm channel and a 30mm channel.
- Heavy-duty centre rail measures approximately 110mm × 50mm.
- Side gate frames are manufactured from 50mm × 50mm aluminium.
- Slat fixing screws are concealed behind our proprietary cover channels for a clean and professional finish.
- All screws and gate-assembly hardware are included in the gate price.
Important Slat-Spacing Information
Because every gate is custom made, the overall width may not divide evenly using the selected slat width and nominated gaps. The spaces beside the first and last slats may therefore vary slightly from the gaps between the main slats.

How to Order
- Provide the required finished gate-frame width and height.
- Choose Gloss White, Monument Dark Grey or Satin Black.
- Choose the gap between the lower vertical slats.
- Choose the preferred spacing between the top battens.
- Advise whether you require posts, hinges or a gate lock.
Provide the finished width you require for the gate frame. When using our pivot hinges, generally allow approximately 25mm for the hinge side. A typical gate lock may require approximately 10mm clearance on the closing side. Final clearances may vary depending on the hardware selected.
Once manufactured, your gate can be collected from our Narangba warehouse or sent by freight.

Custom gates and fences are generally cut every Tuesday and Thursday. Orders must be finalised before the relevant cutting day.
