All our slats are a Heavy Duty 100mm High x 16mm Thick aluminium profile with 2 reinforcing ribs inside. It's powder coated so will give you at least a decade of no paint.

Our window screen slat holders called a Screw Channel are a unique proprietary interlocking extrusion that securely locks in & connects all slats like a brace to make the panels super strong - with no screws showing!

The screw channels are connected to 50x50 box channels which will hold the brackets that connect to your building.

Make sure you provide us sizes wider than your windows as you have a minimum 60mm bracket to connect to your building on either side.  Depending what wall surface you have, you may need to leave up to 100mm on each side

The screw channels & box section only come in Black, Merbau, Cream, Dark Grey or Gloss White. The internal slats can be satin black, gloss white, cream, gloss light grey, dark grey. Woodgrain slat colours add 15%.

We also make matching screens, gas bottle and pool pump enclosures.

We cut orders on Tues &Thurs, get your order in before that.

Gaps between the Slats can be 10mm or 16mm or 40mm.  The height will need to be a little negotiable as slats need to finish exactly with your gap height.

Remember the WIDTH size you give us the window screen so think how brackets will hit your house.
We are a small family run Brisbane company but we fill all our orders each cut day & we never leave anyone hanging.

The stand-off posts come standard at 300mm. You can cut them if you want closer to your windows.

The brackets are male & slide inside the box tube.  We don't provide any screws connecting bracket to house.

We don't do any home Installing or site visits at all, just DIY.

This means it's all cut to your sizes & all the screws & lock channels provided

All you need at home is a tek drill & a bit of time.

For example a typical 1400 wide x 1260 high window screen 16mm gaps and built Horizontal slats and in Black would be $723.  That works out at $409 per SQM. We do not install at your location and the pickup is from Narangba.

SUPER EASY DIY

• These window screens are made using  Horizontal slats
• We give you free inserts to either allow 10mm, 16mm or 40mm gap between slats
• Merbau & Red Cedar have the Gloss Woodgrain finish on it
• White, Cream and Light Grey are a gloss finish
• Black and Grey are a matt/satin finish
• The length of the extender that you bolt from your house comes in 300mm (you can cut less if needed)
• Comes with 2 DIY brackets for each extender.
• We don't provide any bolts to connect to your house.
• 4 mounting arms are provides unless the slats are greater then 1500 wide then we provide 6 mounting arms
• All slats slide into a interlocking channels then screwed together and an aluminium cover conceals all the screws.

SIMPLE TO USE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW – All fittings generally in stock

• Construct your screen on the ground first
• Connect screw channel to the 50x50 support rails to the side for both sides
• Insert first slat, get it level & Tec double screw it through the concealed screw section (screws are free)
• All slats will finish flush to the bottom and top
• Leave your gap (we provide free 10mm, 16mm or 40mm gap inserts)
• Insert next slat, etc.
• Connect your mounting brackets to the 4 corners on the rear of the screen and Tek
• Insert the 300mm arm tube to each bracket.  if you want it closer to house cut down the arms first
• Lift screen to the house, hold level and mark where the brackets needed to be bolted to your house if brick
• If timber house you may be able to fit brackets to tube and  hold and screw to house in that lift.
• If slat width is wider than 1500 then will be 6 arms to connect to house, 3 on each side.

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each screen

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

- When we quote you slat gaps (10mm or 16mm or 40mm) this will be the gap between the slats.  The slat and gap may not divide equally into your width so we will advise what height is close to yours when we quote

- If only buying 1 x gate or 1 x panel then Australia wide wrapping and shipping is =$120.

**We use backload trucks for most of the above and usually do all drops in other country towns we pass but following that main highway.  Sometimes these deliveries will be after hours
