PRODUCT DETAILS

All screens are built using our heavy-duty aluminium slat system.

• Slats: 65mm high x 16mm thick
• Strength: 2 internal reinforcing ribs
• Finish: Powder coated aluminium
• Design: Horizontal slat layout

Our window screen slat holders, called a F-hannel, are a unique proprietary interlocking extrusion that securely locks in and connects all slats like a brace to make the panels super strong.

The screw F-channels connect into 50x50mm side rails, which hold the brackets that connect to your building.

IMPORTANT SIZING NOTES

Make sure you provide sizes wider than your windows, as you need a minimum of 60mm bracket space on either side to connect to your building.

Depending on your wall surface, you may need to allow up to 100mm on each side.

We will advise any height adjustment, to allow a full slat to end on the top and bottom of your screen.

Remember: the width size you give us is the total window screen size, so think about where the brackets will hit your house.

INSTALLATION STEPS

1. Construct screen on ground
2. Connect screw channels to side rails
3. Insert slats using gap spacers
4. Fix mounting brackets
5. Insert arms
6. Mount to wall

We cut orders every Tuesday and Thursday.

Get your order in before cut day so we can process it quickly.

We are a small family-run Brisbane company, but we fill all our orders each cut day and never leave anyone hanging.

If only buying  1 x panel then Australia wide wrapping and shipping = $120,

or if buying more panels

• $140 flat rate fee to the Northside of Brisbane
• $200 flat rate fee to the Southside of Brisbane
• $250 flat rate fee to the Gold Coast, Ipswich or Sunshine Coast
• $350 flat rate fee to Sydney or Rockhampton
• $450 flat rate fee to Melbourne or Townsville

All other areas can be quoted.
