- The laser cut louvre end holders only come in Black or white or dark grey

- Side 50mm Tube and Slat Holders we ONLY stock in Black, Cream, White, Dark grey, Paperbark and Merbau and now upgrade to 50x50mm

- The gap between louvres are 10mm but with a 24mm airflow

All our slats are a Heavy Duty 100mm High x 16mm Thick aluminum profile with 2 reinforcing ribs inside. It's powder coated so will give you at least a decade of no paint.

Our building wall mounted louvre screen slat holders has a laser cut 65mm channel to hold the slats, which is attached to a 50mm box.  This is a unique proprietary interlocking extrusion that securely locks in & connects all slats like a brace to make the panels super strong - with few screws showing!

We cut orders on Tues &Thurs , get your order in before that.

The height will need to be a little negotiable as louvre slats need to finish exactly to the channel

Remember the WIDTH size you give us is the total width. You need to allow for the frame to come past your condenser, so think how our brackets will hit and connect your house.

We are a small family run Brisbane company but we fill all our orders each cut day & we never leave anyone hanging.

Our prices are transparent, the price algorithm we use is a fair price for the fast service provide. I can quote in 5 minutes so don't be afraid to ask for new sizes.

The stand-off posts come standard at 300mm. You can cut them if you want closer to your windows. If you need longer, then ask.

The brackets are male & slide inside the box tube.  We don't provide any screws connecting these bracket to your house.

We don't do any home Installing or site visits at all, just DIY.

This means it's all cut to your sizes & all the screws & lock channels provided

All you need at home is a tek drill & a bit of time.

For example a typical 1400 wide x 1287 high Air Conditioning  louvre screen built Horizontal slats for mounting OFF a wall and in Black would be $753.  That works out at $417 per SQM. We do not install at your location and the pickup is from Narangba or Delivery arranged Australia-wide for $120

• The length of the extender that you bolt from your house comes in 300mm (you can cut less if needed)
• Comes with 2 DIY brackets for each extender.
• We don't provide any bolts to connect to your house.
• 4 mounting arms are provides unless the slats are greater then 1500 wide then we provide 6 mounting arms
• All slats slide into a laser cut channels then screwed together on the inside

What you should know:

- Payment of $100 needs to be made for any custom orders for each screen

- We cut Tuesdays and Thursday each week so have orders in before that

- Protective sheets will be left on the material for you to remove.

- Allow 3-6mm difference in final sizes

- When we quote you slat gaps (10mm or 16mm or 40mm) this will be the gap between the slats.  The slat and gap may not divide equally into your width so we will advise what height is close to yours when we quote
