Our custom-made L-Shaped Aluminium Privacy Screens are designed to neatly hide outdoor equipment while giving your home a clean, modern architectural finish.

Every screen is manufactured to your exact dimensions and supplied as an easy-to-assemble DIY kit. Simply tell us your required short side, long side and height and we will precision cut every component ready for assembly.

These versatile screens are ideal wherever you want to hide outdoor equipment while maintaining airflow and achieving a clean, modern appearance.

These L-shaped screens use 50x50mm posts, making them a medium-duty screen option. As a general guide, they are usually best suited to sizes smaller than 800mm x 1800mm x 1400mm high.

If you want to stay with 50x50mm posts for a larger setup, we recommend a standard fully framed 3-sided enclosure instead. If you need a stronger post option, ask us about upgrading to 76x76mm posts.

This works out to around $294 per square metre as a guide price.

Final pricing depends on your exact sizes, colour, slat gap and any upgrade options required.

Unlike lightweight decorative screens, our systems are manufactured using our premium aluminium slat system.

Unique Hidden F-Channel System

One feature that separates our screens from many others is our exclusive F-Channel connection system.

Rather than screwing every slat directly into the posts, each slat slides neatly into our proprietary interlocking aluminium F-Channels, which connect securely to the 50x50mm posts.

The F-Channels cover the ends of the slats, hide the fixings and help brace the screen walls for a cleaner, stronger finish.

What's Included?

• Two aluminium screen walls
• Three 50x50mm aluminium corner posts
• Three internal aluminium post bases that slide neatly inside the posts
• Plastic push-in post caps
• Hidden F-Channels to cover the slat ends and hide the screws
• All alloy-to-alloy fasteners
• Complete DIY assembly kit

Simply bolt the supplied post bases to your concrete slab, slide the posts over the bases, install the F-Channels and slide the slats into position.

All you need at home is a Tek screw drill, tape measure, spirit level and a little time.

Important: We manufacture the screen to your external finished dimensions. Each wall is approximately 50mm thick, so please allow for this when calculating your final overall size.

Because every height is custom made, your chosen height may not divide perfectly by the slat spacing. This can leave a different gap at the bottom. If this is important for your application, simply ask us and we will let you know exactly what the bottom gap will be before manufacturing.

Our 2-sided L-Shaped Screens are open-access privacy screens and cannot have doors fitted.

If you require doors or lockable access, please ask us about our 3-sided enclosures with gates instead.

We cut customer orders every Tuesday and Thursday.

To be included in the next production run, simply place your order and pay the $250 deposit before the cut-off day.

Every component is precision cut to size before leaving our workshop.
