70mm WIDE FOIL TAPE

Generally used to hold the insulation roll run to another roll run on the roof.  

If you want to save on overlap using tape can help with that.  To get the best R-Value you have to have a good thermal break and using tape really seals up any leaks when your laying the runs on your roof prior to installing your metal roof.

Not all installers use it but most would if you want the best seal.

Tape can also help to use any offcuts as well.

It is quite a cheap item so its better to be safe then sorry.
