WARRANTY

One Year Parts Warranty.

All warranty returns must include the original items and packaging. Please contact us before returning the machine to obtain a Warranty Return Number.

Warranty does not cover operator error, misuse or unauthorised disassembly of the machine.

For best performance, connect the machine directly to a suitable wall power outlet. Avoid unsuitable power boards or generators that cannot provide adequate and stable power.

Buyers are responsible for freight back to Brisbane for warranty assessment. Where a valid warranty fault is confirmed, we will cover the freight cost of returning the repaired machine to you.

If inspection determines that the fault was caused by misuse, incorrect power supply or another non-warranty issue, return freight and repair costs may apply.
