Our top and bottom 50mm x 30mm slat holding channels use our proprietary interlocking extrusion system.

The channels securely lock the vertical slats together and brace the complete panel, making the finished screen strong and rigid.

Best of all, the slat fixing screws are hidden inside the channels, giving you a clean architectural finish with no visible screws across the face of the panel.

Because every panel width is different, the overall width may not divide perfectly into equal slat and gap measurements.

This can leave a small finishing gap between the first or last vertical slat and your adjoining post. If that measurement is important, ask us before ordering and we can advise the approximate side gaps.

The width you provide is the finished overall screen or fence width. We cut the system to suit and allow for our side mounting brackets.

Panels are generally manufactured up to approximately 2400mm wide between posts, depending on the application.

Your DIY kit includes the required aluminium components, locking channels, braces where required and fixing screws for assembling the aluminium components we supply.

If the vertical panel is wider than 2300mm we will provide a DIY middle leg to hold the bottom rail to your floor.  This can be DIY adjusted to suit your height

All you normally need at home is a Tek screw drill, basic tools and some time.

We also manufacture matching custom-size aluminium gates. Simply send us the gate width and height and we can quote it with your fencing.

76mm x 76mm heavy-duty aluminium posts are $40 per metre and are cut to your required length.

Posts are available in Black, White, Grey and selected timber-look finishes.

You provide the measurements and we manufacture and cut your order ready for you to assemble and install.
