Our vertical aluminium sliding gates are available with the following slat gaps:

Important: The nominated gap is the spacing between individual vertical aluminium slats.

The spaces between the first and last slats and the surrounding gate frame may not be equal to the nominated slat spacing.

We do not rip aluminium slats lengthways to achieve equal spacing.

If you require perfectly equal spacing throughout your gate, please ask us to calculate the closest suitable overall gate width.

We cut your aluminium sliding gate components to your custom measurements, ready for you to assemble and install.

Our DIY option is ideal for homeowners, builders, tradespeople and experienced DIY customers looking to save on gate manufacturing and installation costs.

• Tape measure

Assembly instructions are provided.

Protective film may be left on aluminium components during cutting and transport. This can be removed after assembly.

Manufacturing Tolerance: Allow approximately +/-10mm from your requested dimensions.

DIY experience is recommended. At least two people are recommended when handling and installing large sliding gates.

IMPORTANT – LARGER SLIDING GATES

For sliding gates taller than 1800mm or wider than 5000mm, an integrated bracing system is included to provide additional structural support.

The integrated brace is supplied in the same colour as your aluminium slats to maintain a neat, coordinated appearance.

This additional bracing helps strengthen larger sliding gates while maintaining the modern vertical slat design.

Additional Construction Information:

• Over 1800mm High or 5000mm Wide: Integrated bracing system included.
• Over 4900mm Long: A joining channel may be required in the slats.
• Over 5400mm Long: Horizontal gate rails will be supplied in two sections.

These construction features provide additional structural support for larger gates while making transport and assembly more practical.

We supply an economical manual sliding gate roller kit for customers who wish to operate their gates without a motor.

Manual Roller Kit with Up to 7 Metres of Track = $300

Additional Track = $20 per metre

The roller kit includes:

• Sliding gate track
• Gate wheels
• Gate stopper
• Gate receiver bracket
• Supporting guide rollers to keep the gate upright

IMPORTANT – GATE HEIGHT ALLOWANCE

When using our manual roller kit, allow approximately 70mm from the concrete surface to the underside of the gate for the wheels and track.

Example: If you want your installed sliding gate to finish at 1800mm high, you would order a gate that is 1730mm high.

Once installed on the roller kit, the overall height will be approximately 1800mm.

Please include this clearance when calculating your required gate height.

Our aluminium sliding gates can be used with both manual and automatic driveway gate systems.

A 400mm motor tail is included to assist with connection to a compatible sliding gate motor.

Please Note: We do not supply sliding gate motors or automation equipment.

Gate automation products are widely available from specialist suppliers throughout Australia.

Always check your chosen motor manufacturer's specifications for gate weight, length, track and clearance requirements.

Posts are not included in the advertised sliding gate price but can be purchased separately.

• 76x76mm Aluminium Posts = $40 per metre
• 100x100mm Aluminium Posts = $70 per metre

Our 76x76mm posts can also be used as receiving posts where suitable for your installation.

Additional brackets, gate receivers, fixings or other hardware may be required depending on your property and installation method.

• Custom Order Deposit: $250 is required for custom sliding gate orders when collecting from our factory.
• Cutting Days: Tuesday and Thursday each week.
• Please submit your order before the scheduled cutting day.
• All sliding gates are cut to your requested measurements.
• Allow approximately +/-10mm manufacturing tolerance.
• Protective film may remain on components for you to remove.
• DIY assembly instructions are provided.
