WARRANTY

One Year Parts Warranty.

All warranty returns must include the original items and original packaging. Please contact us before returning the machine to obtain a Warranty Return Number.

Warranty does not cover operator error, misuse, incorrect power supply or unauthorised disassembly of the machine.

The machine should be connected directly to a suitable wall power supply. Avoid unsuitable power boards or generators that cannot provide adequate and stable power.

Buyers are responsible for freight back to Brisbane for warranty assessment. Where a valid warranty fault is confirmed, we will cover the freight cost of returning the repaired machine to you.

Where a fault is found to be caused by misuse, incorrect operation or another non-warranty issue, repair and return freight costs may apply.
