☆☆ Fairy Floss Machine Heat Controller ☆☆

This is the Dial and heat controller that suits most of the High Output Machines from the ONLI or JJAYS brands of Fairy Floss Machines, bought before 2021/2022

This is the part behind the knob.  it takes about 10 minutes to change.  To confirm it is this item you should open up the bottom as the later model machines have changed.

If you have power and the motor is running but no HEAT then this may be your issue. 

FIRST: before you order pull the machine apart and pull off every wire from the spade terminals and make sure no wire is lose or pulling out.  Its only 9 screws under the machine so easy to work with. 

As this is a discontinued item, the controller in stock is wired differently so we provide an instruction sheet on how to adapt.  No special tools are needed.  The knob does not come with the sale, just the Electrical Controller

If you cant get your power up over 1200W then this may be the issue

This item is a common part because when the machine fails due to surge or lack of amps in your circuit it will break here first, thus protecting your machine.

Sometimes you may be lucky and it may have just blown the fuse inside the controller so check that first before buying the part from me.  So yes there is a fuse inside the dial
