Equipment Screen Enclosure – Custom Sizes

Designed to use an existing fence or house wall as the rear panel.
These kits are made to sit against a wall or fence, which forms the back side of the enclosure.

All enclosures are made to order. Please provide the following external sizes:

• Width
• Height
• Depth

Important: Allow an extra 50mm on each side for frame thickness and the air gaps required for correct equipment ventilation and operation.

Finish: All parts are powder-coated aluminium for long-term outdoor durability.

Design Details

• No doors included – the enclosure slides in and out as one unit for access.
• Optional roof available (additional cost).
• Horizontal slat direction is standard.
• Slat gap options: 10mm / 16mm (standard) / 40mm

DIY Kit – What’s Included

• 4 × 50×50mm aluminium posts with post base inserts
• F-channels fixed to posts that hold the slats
• Slats supplied for three sides
• End caps and finishing trims
• Screws and spacers for aluminium-to-aluminium fixing

Hardware is included for joining our aluminium components together.

Installation

• Supplied as a cut-to-size DIY kit
• No ground anchoring required
• Typical install time: around 2 hours
• Includes 12 step-by-step installation images
• Tools required: Drill with Tek driver + spirit level

Pricing shown is an average wall square metre rate for a standard equipment screen enclosure. Listed pricing is based on plain colours and 16mm gaps. As every enclosure is custom made, your final price may be slightly higher or lower.

Measurements – How to Get It Right

1. Allow clearances and ventilation gaps around your equipment.
2. Tell us the width, height, and depth you want the enclosure made to.
3. Choose slat gaps: 10mm / 16mm / 40mm.
4. Horizontal slats are standard unless otherwise requested.
