Our Heavy Duty Series is a chunky architectural aluminium balustrade system custom made to your measurements at our Brisbane factory. We cut everything to size, supply the brackets and required assembly hardware, then flat pack it ready for you to assemble and install.

Our standard 100mm x 16mm Heavy Duty aluminium slats are available in a large range of powder coated and timber-look finishes:

Satin Black • Gloss White • Dark Grey (Monument) • Light Grey (Shale Grey) • Paperbark Cream • Deep Ocean Blue • Merbau • Red Cedar • Teak

We can also manufacture selected colours using 65mm or 38mm vertical slats. These profiles are available in selected colours and are generally more expensive than the standard 100mm slat.

Standard slat gaps available include 10mm, 16mm, 40mm or 80mm, depending on the appearance and level of privacy you require.

The vertical slats are securely locked into our proprietary aluminium channel system. The fixing screws are concealed behind the finishing channel, giving the completed balustrade a clean, sleek architectural appearance without rows of exposed screws.

Custom vertical slat panels start at approximately $235 per square metre for our standard DIY configuration.

This example is based on 100mm vertical slats with 80mm gaps and our Heavy Duty 80mm x 50mm top and bottom rails.

Pricing varies depending on the exact panel dimensions, slat width, gap, colour and configuration. Send us your measurements and we can provide an exact factory-direct quote.

Heavy Duty 76mm x 76mm aluminium posts are $40 per metre and can be cut to the lengths you require.

Heavy Duty post base plates are available for $35 each. Posts are available in a wide selection of colours to coordinate with your panels.

Every panel is manufactured to your supplied width and height.

Because each opening width is different, the space remaining at the first and last slat may vary slightly. This allows us to manufacture the panel to your exact overall measurement while maintaining the selected standard gap through the main section of the panel.

Panel mounting brackets are available in Black, White or Dark Grey.

For the easiest installation and the most accurate panel sizes, we recommend ordering your project in two stages.

STAGE 1 – INSTALL YOUR POSTS
SMS us the quantity and lengths of posts you require. Pick them up or have them delivered, then assemble and install your posts first.

STAGE 2 – MEASURE YOUR PANELS
Once the posts are permanently installed, measure the exact opening between each pair of posts and SMS us the required panel width and panel height.

IMPORTANT: The height you give us is the finished aluminium panel height. Allow for whatever clearance or gap you want underneath the panel when taking your measurements.

This system may be suitable for balustrade applications when designed and installed in accordance with the building requirements applicable to your project. It is the purchaser's responsibility to confirm the required heights, openings, fixing method and compliance requirements before ordering and installation.

For a single gate or single panel, wrapping and shipping is generally from $120, depending on size and destination.
