HOW TO GET FAST PRICES

• Tell us the width and height of your louvre window screen
• Please allow approximately 150mm extra overall width for the mounting brackets connecting back to your wall
• Choose your slat colour: Dark Grey, Satin Black or White
• 50x50 Side Box Frames available in: Dark Grey, Satin Black or Gloss White
• Louvre channels available in: Dark Grey, Satin Black or Gloss White
• Standard airflow and slat gap is 10mm

PREMIUM ALUMINIUM CONSTRUCTION

Our horizontal louvre window screens are built using heavy-duty 65x16mm aluminium slats featuring 2 internal reinforcing ribs for superior strength and durability. All components are powder coated for long-term outdoor performance with no ongoing painting required.

The louvre channels are a unique proprietary laser-cut extrusion system designed to securely lock every slat tightly into place, creating an extremely strong finished panel.

The louvre channels connect into strong 50x50mm aluminium box section side rails, which then connect to your wall mounting brackets.

DIY INSTALLATION INFORMATION

• Construct the screen on the ground first
• Connect the louvre channels to both 50x50 support rails
• Insert and level the first slat, then secure using supplied tek screws
• All slats lock tightly into laser-cut holes
• Continue fitting all remaining slats
• Attach mounting brackets to rear corners of screen
• Insert 300mm mounting arms into brackets
• Lift screen into place and mark wall fixing locations
• Mounting bolts to your building are not supplied
• Screens over 1500mm wide include 6 mounting arms instead of 4

We do not offer installation or site visits. This is a fully DIY product supplied cut-to-size with all required assembly components included.

All you generally need at home is a tek drill and a little time.

• $100 deposit required for custom orders that are pickups
• Orders are generally cut every Tuesday & Thursday

• Protective film remains on material for transport protection
• Please allow 3–6mm manufacturing tolerance
• Standard heights work in multiples of approximately 75.8mm going up or down from 1895mm
• Final height may vary slightly to suit exact slat spacing
